The EXIT formula has revolutionized the Real Estate World. At EXIT REALTY we combine a high Commission Split, the Power to Sponsor other agents, and the ability to continue to earn when you retire.
1. EXIT's standard Commission splits are 70/30 up to $100,000 of gross commission then 90/10 for the balance of the year, annually. All agents earn at least 70% of the commission - the highest split in the industry. In fact many of our agents are earning 90% of the commission - a testament to their hard work.
2. The power to sponsor other agents anywhere in North America and earn 10% of their earnings for life. SPONSORING is a process whereby an EXIT Agent introduces a potential recruit to management. If that recruit is hired the sponsor will earn 10% of the gross commission - the sponsoring bonus tops out at $10,000 per year per agent. EXIT agents can sponsor other agents in any office in North America. These residuals bonuses are single-level only.
3. 7% retirement Residual Earnings: An EXIT Agent who has participated in sponsoring will continue to receive 7% residual earnings as long as those they sponsored continue to make sales. A retired EXIT agent can continue to sponsor agents with no further obligation to sell real estate.
4. 5% Beneficiary Earnings: Should an EXIT Agent become deceased then a special residual benefiacry benefit of 5% is dedicated to the beneficiary. This continues as long as the sponsored agents continue to earn commission.
5. Transaction Fees capped at $2,700 and deducted at $150 per transaction. Each transaction incurs a $150 transaction fee and for those who are very active it is capped at $2,700 per year. The norm in the industry is a 6% to 8% transaction fee that is uncapped and ongoing.
